Allvisa AG is the biggest independent provider of employee benefits services in Switzerland. Allvisa AG is restructuring to prepare for new compliance requirements and market conditions.


The fields of actuarial/brokerage and administration/management services will be split between two legally independent companies with new shareholders from 1 January 2017: Allvisa AG, which will provide actuarial and brokerage services and is managed by four of the company's former partners, and Allvisa Services AG, a new company specialising in administration/management services, which will also be headed by a former Allvisa partner.

 

More competitive structures

The professionalised structures of the two companies will allow them to improve their focus on their core business and add flexibility to their marketing activities. Both companies, Allvisa Services AG and Allvisa AG, are domiciled at Seestrasse 6 in Zurich. The restructuring not only follows from the compliance requirements of our customers, but is also a response to current market trends, including the increasing professionalisation of pension fund management, which gives rise to a greater need for external, highly qualified management services.
